How to Access Your Product
Your product license will be made available through your Digital Keys Depot account. Once your order has been successfully processed, you’ll get an email confirming that your order status is “Completed.” To access your license, simply log in, head over to “My Account,” and choose the “Orders” section.
Estimated Delivery Window
We make every effort to deliver your license without delay. In most cases, licenses are ready within an hour after your purchase, with the majority being delivered in as little as 15 minutes during our working hours. In rare circumstances, delivery may extend up to 24 hours.
Business Hours
Our team is available from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM (Asia/Jakarta time – GMT+7:00). We will attempt to process orders placed outside of our regular business hours whenever possible. If immediate processing is not feasible, your order will be handled promptly once our team is back online.
